Refund/Return Policy

During the Holiday Season (November 25th thru December 26th) our return policy is extended to 45 days, excluding Trashy Diva items. Items purchased during this time may be returned with 45 days from purchase.

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

You must request and obtain a return authorization number from us before you can return any items for a refund or exchange.

We accept returns for a full refund, if contacted within 7 days after delivery of the product. After 7 days, at our sole discretion, you may return items within 30 calendar days, for an exchange or store credit only. Trashy Diva brand items may be returned within 15 days of delivery only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • If clothing, original tags must still be attached.

Swimsuits may be returned for an exchange or store credit only. The hygienic liner must be fully intact.

Please keep in mind that the item(s) you’re shipping back should present no evidence of wear (this is at our discretion). This includes NO: deodorant stains, smoke or perfume scents, animal fur, rips or tears, stains of any kind, makeup on collars, etc. Also, please don’t send articles of clothing back to us balled up in a clump of wrinkles. We will try to accommodate all requests, but please don't waste our time or yours by trying to return items that have been used or worn. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of items once we receive them.

If you receive an item from us that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped, please contact us immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Along with used goods, we will not accept returns on certain items for hygienic reasons. These include:

  • Hair Accessories
  • Earrings
  • Undergarments
  • Final Sale goods

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Returns and exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to process, depending on availability.

Email with RETURN in the subject line, and the following information:

  • Your full name as it appears on your receipt
  • Order number
  • Item you are returning
  • Reason for return
  • Attached receipt
